   1. Home Energy Efficiency Essentials 
   This workshop helps renters and homeowners learn simple, practical ways to lower energy costs while improving comfort and safety at home. Participants gain an understanding of home energy assessments and discover helpful resources, such as incentives, financing options, and utility programs, that can make energy-saving improvements more affordable and achievable.

   2. Pre-Purchase and Home Buyer Education
   This workshop provides participants with personalized guidance to help understand readiness, affordability, financing, fair housing, budgeting, inspections, and available assistance programs. You will also receive information regarding local opportunities, including the State College Borough First-Time Home Buyer Program, Centre County’s FTHP, and the Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program.

   3. Budget and Credit Counseling
   This workshop will help establish or improve an existing household budget that reflects goals and priorities. Questions about understanding your credit, credit scoring, and developing practical strategies to strengthen your financial foundation over time will be addressed.
