SUMMARY

Several Township residents gathered a petition  of signatures regarding the perceived safety of the intersection of Scotia Road and Circleville Road, specifically the intersection sight distance when a vehicle is pulling out from Circleville Road. In response the Township Supervisors added this project to look at alternatives to this intersection that will correct deficiencies. The engineer will collect input from local residents and gather physical field data in order to consider many possible solutions. They will present their findings to all interested  residents at an open house and then to the Township Supervisors with a recommendation taking into account the resident feedback.
